Timeline Visualizer is a set of browser tools for the location history your phone already keeps. Load the Timeline.json that Google Maps exports and it renders a 9:16 animated route video with optional music; the same file also opens as a readable viewer, marks the countries and US states you've visited, and puts your photos on a map from their EXIF location. It also works with no Timeline export at all, building the video and maps from a folder of travel photos instead. Everything is read and rendered on your device — no backend, no account, no upload; the only network requests are map tiles. Built on the MIT-licensed open-source google-timeline-visualizer project. Pricing is freemium. Worth weighing: Google has phased out Timeline exports for some accounts, so the photo-folder mode may be the more reliable path.
