SciFig combines AI scientific illustration, data-driven charts and workflow diagrams. Illustration accepts scientific instructions and, depending on access, reference material for generating figure drafts. DataChart works from the user's actual table data rather than treating an invented image as a measurement. FlowChart produces diagrams with editable SVG nodes and connections, allowing a researcher to revise structure after generation. The site offers free starting credits and paid subscriptions or credit packs; supported inputs, resolution and editable export formats differ by access level. Export options and a publication-license certificate are available for appropriate completed figures, but a license is not evidence that scientific content is correct. Review labels, arrows, relationships, datasets and statistical choices against the underlying research. Institutions and journals may impose their own AI-disclosure rules. SciFig is best used to accelerate drafting and refinement, not to generate research evidence or replace expert review of figures prepared for publication.
