Bill Llama

Bill Llama tackles one of the dullest jobs in running a business: chasing invoices and receipts through your email. It connects to your inbox, finds and extracts invoices and receipts automatically, organises them, and syncs them to your accountant — so there is no manual downloading, renaming or forwarding. It is free to start. Worth weighing: it needs access to your mailbox, so read how it handles data before connecting, and check that it supports your accountant's software. For freelancers and small businesses who dread month-end paperwork, it is a simple way to make bookkeeping hands-off.
