AIGoCode

AIGoCode is an AI coding assistant aimed at the stretch of work between having a ticket and having a working change: you describe the task in plain language and it produces code, explains the approach, and iterates when the result is not what you meant. That framing matters more than raw generation speed. Most of the time lost in day-to-day development is not typing — it is reading unfamiliar code, working out where a change belongs, and writing the boilerplate around it. An agent that can scaffold a feature, translate an approach between languages, refactor a tangled function or draft tests against existing behaviour removes the low-judgement part of that work and leaves the decisions to you. It suits solo developers and small teams without spare review capacity, people working in a language they do not use daily, and anyone maintaining code they did not write. The trade-offs are the ones that apply to every coding agent and should not be skipped: generated code needs review before it ships, confidently wrong output is the failure mode to watch for, and the more context-dependent the change, the more guidance the model needs to land it. Treat it as a fast, tireless pair who never reads the room — useful for volume, not a substitute for understanding what you are merging.
